Vacancy position of Direct Recruit Inspector Posts....

Directorate vide Memo No. 7-5/2012-SPB-II dated 3rd October 2012 has reported the following vacancies for Combined Graduate Level Examination 2012 to the Under Secretary (P&P-I), Staff Selection Commission, Department of Personnel and Training, New Delhi 110003.

 It is brought to the notice of CHQ by our members that there is acute shortage of Inspector Posts (IPs) in most of the Circles, many Postal Sub Divisions are vacant and managed by additional charge. The existing IPs have already been over burdened and holding the additional charge of neighbouring Sub Divisions since years together would put them under more stress and pain.

 The details of vacancies communicated to SSC by DOP since 2005 for Combined Graduate Level Examination are as under:

                 All Circle Secretaries and Office Bearers are requested to intimate the exact number of unfiled vacancies (category wise) under Direct Recruitment Quota to General Secretary immediately, so that the matter can be taken up with Directorate to take suitable steps in this issue.

    Sir,

    In the Vacancy listing, ST is figuring 2 times. One may be for General. Please see this.

    Sir,
    In the first Batch i.e. SSC Graduate Level Exam, 2003, DOPT has declared almost 150 results. These candidate has joined in 2005/2006. Kindly get the vacancy details given by DOP in 2003 & 2004 also. With 2003 batch, various surplus candidate have also done training.
