Respected Madam,

Our Association conveys its gratitude for supplying Laptop to all IPs/ASPs working as Sub Divisional heads. Your good self has also attended the open session of our All India Conference held at New Delhi on 3rd April 2010. It was informed by your good self in the All India Conference that Laptops will be supplied to all the IPs/ASPs.

2. Our Association urges to consider supply of Laptops to remaining IPs/ASPs who are working in various capacities other than as Sub Divisional heads as assured by your good self in the interest of service to enhance the productivity and efficiency in quality of service.

An early result oriented action is expected very much in this regard.
